Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager / Customer Success Representative based in Latin America to manage vendor relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • Remote work with a preference for candidates in EST or with 4+ hours overlap
  • Manage post-sale relationships with 20–30 vendor accounts
  • Build onboarding plans and maintain CRM documentation
  • Conduct personalized onboarding processes
  • Capture vendor insights and act as their internal voice
  • Run regular check-ins and collect NPS feedback
  • Ensure vendors receive value through prompt matching
  • Track account data and performance metrics
  • Support community initiatives and events

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Ability to analyze feedback and performance metrics
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with the social commerce and mobile tech industry is a plus
