Overview

Azumo is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our software solutions. The position is FULLY REMOTE, based in Latin America.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into strategic initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding and early-stage implementation for new clients.
  • Monitor customer health and track success metrics.
  • Support inbound and referred leads by participating in discovery calls.
  • Act as a strategic advisor during the pre-sales process.
  • Coordinate and deliver product demos or service capability walkthroughs.
  • Relay structured feedback to inform product decisions and service enhancements.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable plans.
  • Experience with software solutions and technology adoption.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple clients and priorities.
  • Skills in upselling and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
