Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with our diverse customer base, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform and services.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Address and manage customer health cases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct enablement sessions and product demos.
  • Manage customer escalations and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to advocate for customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer success processes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Analytical mindset to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer advocacy.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack is a bonus.
