Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Megaport will be the main point of contact for existing customers, focusing on post-sale relationships, service performance, renewals, upselling, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience in Enterprise software, Cloud SaaS, or Telecommunications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Experience in a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain records and reports focused on revenue retention.
  • Experience with cloud solutions in enterprise environments is preferred.
