  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in identifying customer pain points and solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of cloud and virtualized environments.
  • Fluent in French and English, comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
