The Customer Account Manager is critical to driving retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities with Assent’s Customers. This role requires a high performing individual who is driven to succeed and thrives on challenges.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Proactively engage customers to manage renewals and mitigate churn.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue expansion and upselling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to align products and services with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of value.
  • Meet or exceed targets for renewals and upsells.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.

Requirements

  • 2+ years previous customer service, business development or sales experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Track record of driving customer retention and account growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
