Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager for Latin America will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and financial health for customers in Latin America and Spanish-speaking countries, acting as a liaison between customers and the company.

In Short

  • Manage customer satisfaction and financial health of customers in Latin America.
  • Act as the point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Communicate with customers in Spanish daily.
  • Coordinate resources among multiple teams to meet customer needs.
  • Lead customers through project plans for effective use of tools.
  • Identify and escalate at-risk customers.
  • Provide training and support to fellow Success Managers.
  • Capture customer-specific insights for tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer success.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Requirements

  • 4 years of Customer Success and Account Management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluency in Spanish for customer communication.
  • Experience with LMS like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally in Latin America.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in training delivery in educational settings.
