Overview

VitalSource is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to contribute to our Sales team located in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role with a combination of both in-office work days and work from home.

In Short

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, including tracking and updating the sales pipeline.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate new non-standard Deals Desk submissions.
• Manage the flow of leads from various sources.
• Conduct research on potential sales leads.
• Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and document follow-up actions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure the integrity of sales data within SalesForce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in commercial fields.
• Proven experience in sales operations or sales support.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.
