Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data tracking and reporting.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Ability to work across time zones.
