Overview

VitalSource is hiring a Customer Training Manager to contribute to our Customer Operations team. This role focuses on creating impactful learning experiences and driving the adoption of digital education solutions for customers.

In Short

  • Develops, manages, and delivers customer training programs.
  • Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Creates quality training content to increase user adoption.
  • Utilizes technology for training delivery (videos, webinars, etc.).
  • Delivers ongoing internal training sessions.
  • Implements targeted learning solutions.
  • Measures the impact of training programs.
  • Reviews training content regularly for relevance.
  • Provides support to Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Instructional Design.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Zendesk preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Project management skills with multiple projects.
  • Experience in video content creation.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
