Overview

The Customer Training & Success Manager ensures that every new Lingraphica customer has the knowledge and confidence to use their device successfully, focusing on post-sale device training and shaping the broader Customer Training & Success program.

In Short

  • Proactively reach out to new customers for device training.
  • Deliver tailored one-on-one and small group training sessions.
  • Facilitate group training through the Lingraphica Device Users Community.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Develop training playbooks and blended learning resources.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing for cohesive training strategy.
  • Provide input as a voice of the customer.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and engagement metrics.
  • Create scalable training materials for internal new hires.
  • Ensure customers feel confident using their devices in daily life.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience providing AAC training or related teaching/coaching.
  • Experience developing blended learning content is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual strongly preferred (English/Spanish).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor training.
  • Creativity in adapting training to diverse customer needs.
  • Organized and proactive, focusing on continuous improvement.
