Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at voize, you will be responsible for helping mid-market and SME customers succeed with the company's AI-driven documentation solution, driving onboarding, optimizing adoption, and fostering long-term relationships.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of 30+ B2B SME customers.
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for large-scale adoption.
  • Drive adoption through best practices and user training.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.
  • Identify opportunities for growth to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
  • Experience managing commercial/mid-market accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 days per week.
