Overview

As a Connext Vivendi Administrator at voize, you will be the technical main contact for our customers, guiding them from presales checks to ongoing operations, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term success.

In Short

  • Support presales discussions regarding technical infrastructure.
  • Implement customer setups focusing on Vivendi NG, Mobile, and PD.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues (networks, firewalls, browsers, APIs).
  • Assist in technical scaling for growing user numbers or new requirements.
  • Document setups and handovers for seamless internal transitions.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Connext Vivendi, with real customer project experience.
  • Experience in Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, web servers (e.g., Nginx, IIS), and load balancing.
  • Ability to analyze APIs, browsers, and networks for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with clear documentation of technical decisions.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to customers (about once a quarter).
