In Short

  • Responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for hospital pharmacy customers.
  • Enhancing user skills, knowledge, and performance through effective training.
  • Creating engaging training materials and sessions in various formats.
  • Managing user groups to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Gathering feedback and improving training content and delivery methods.
  • Working with customers to optimize workflows and policies for product utilization.
  • Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product development teams.
  • Providing one-on-one support to users regarding the software.
  • Tracking training metrics to measure success of programs.
  • Staying updated with software features and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a hospital pharmacist or pharmacy tech.
  • 5+ years of experience with hospital drug diversion programs.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience training customers on technical software solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise software space, startup experience is a plus.
  • Previous leadership and people management experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation, listening, and organization skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse audiences.
