In Short

• Part-time Outbound Customer Support Representative role
• Remote work-from-home position
• Must live in the United States
• Schedule and complete outbound Zoom meetings
• Update customer scanner certifications
• Support other customer-facing projects
• Flexible work hours between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
• Training and instructions will be provided
• Hourly rate of $25 - $27 depending on experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer call center or technical support
• High School Diploma
• Strong and reliable internet access
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate meeting etiquette and active listening
• Customer service orientation
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
