Overview

As a Clinical Customer Success Manager at Sensi.AI, you will foster meaningful client relationships and drive their success by guiding them in adopting and leveraging our virtual assessment tool for seniors' health monitoring.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
