In Short

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial research, sourcing and top-of-funnel candidate generation to signed offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop candidate profiles.
  • Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding both hiring teams and candidates throughout the process while providing strategic insights.
  • Create a recruitment playbook and track hiring metrics to standardize processes and enhance experiences.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and interview best practices.
  • Build and promote Sensi.AI’s employer brand.
  • Support talent management processes for a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Tech Recruiter.
  • A creative and driven talent sourcer with a proven track record.
  • A hiring expert who independently manages recruitment processes.
  • A dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience or ability to manage additional people processes.
