• Provide hands-on IT support for the Austin site.
• Set up and configure hardware and workstations for new employees.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Support network and connectivity for local and remote teams.
• Administer user accounts and permissions across company systems.
• Automate IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for the U.S. office.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Highly proficient in managing Mac environments and device management platforms.
• Practical experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Comfortable configuring and maintaining WiFi networks and infrastructure.
• Familiar with tools for monitoring and optimizing IT assets.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
