As an IT Specialist, you will support our customers in using our digital applications – close to the product, close to the people, with real impact.

In Short

• Be the point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries via email, phone, or ticket system.
• Provide user support, explain functions, assist with technical issues, and support data management.
• Act as a liaison to 3rd level support for complex issues.
• Manage and maintain our applications to ensure smooth operation.
• Actively contribute to the development of our products and processes.
• Provide on-site support for customers depending on the project.

Requirements

• Experience in IT application environments, ideally with software solutions in construction.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
• Technical curiosity and interest in IT systems and process optimization.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments within Germany.
• Bonus: Experience with ticket systems like Jira is welcome.
