In Short

• Take responsibility for CDE: Configure, operate, and further develop CDE platforms.
• Ensure data structure & security: Guarantee the availability, security, and integrity of all relevant project data.
• Optimize document management & planning processes: Analyze existing processes and develop sustainable workflows.
• Strategically advise & moderate: Help clients sharpen and realize their digitalization goals in workshops and presentations.
• Customer training & support: Empower users in their daily handling of CDE systems and document-based processes.
• User support: Explain functions, assist with technical problems, and support data management.
• Contribute to our solutions: Actively engage in the further development of our products and processes.
• On-site presence with clients: Depending on the project, support clients directly on-site.

Requirements

• Experience in the CDE environment: Several years of experience in the application and support of CDE platforms.
• Expertise in the digital construction process: Solid knowledge of planning processes, document management, data structures, and common standards.
• Strategic & technical thinking: Ability to analyze requirements from the construction or infrastructure sector and translate them into technical concepts.
• Communicative presence: Confident in client interactions, presenting, and moderating workshops.
• Independent working style: Take responsibility, structure complex tasks, and proactively advance topics.
• Language skills: Very good German, good basic knowledge of English.
• Technical affinity: Good understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and ideally experience with process modeling.
• Willingness to travel: Occasional client appointments within Germany are not a problem.
• Bonus: Experience with agile methods like Scrum or SAFe and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps for modern project and release processes.
