Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors within the IT Services department, focusing on optimizing and expanding the Performance & Goals module while implementing the Onboarding 2.0 module.

• Provide HRIS operation support and act as 2nd line support for complex queries.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, specifically Performance & Goals and Onboarding 2.0.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and implement system enhancements.
• Perform system administration tasks, including configurations and user management.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and help articles.
• Coordinate training sessions with the HR team.
• Manage system upgrades and releases.
• Lead the full-cycle rollout of Onboarding 2.0.
• Support regional HR Ops in gathering detailed requirements.
• Propose automation solutions to improve HR system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors.
• Experience in system configuration and integration within SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide end-user training and support.
• Certification in SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
• Experience with SCRUM or Agile frameworks is desirable.
