Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst provides technical support to the People Teams firm-wide, handling various HR processes and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of five years of HRIS experience, particularly with Workday.
• Proficient in HRIS and related software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
