Senior Lead, Proposal Management and Writing - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end bid management, including kickoff, timeline creation, resource alignment, application development, and submission
• Write clear, compelling, and creative content for RFPs, RFIs, administrative permits, and other public procurement processes
• Drive the development of key themes, narrative, and messaging for proposals
• Analyze proposal document packages from cities, identifying key priorities and criteria
• Gather insights and build competitive strategies with local operations and policy teams
• Build on established best practices and content library in collaboration with proposal team members
• Travel to key markets as needed for strategy and planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content writing and project management
• Experience with analyzing regulations and bid documents
• Excellent writing skills with a knack for resonating with target audiences
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure with a track record of adapting to shifting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
