Overview

The Senior Volume Lead and Proposal Writer will develop and write winning proposals while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and quality of proposal submissions.

• Lead proposal development for assigned volumes or sections.
• Analyze RFP requirements and create proposal outlines.
• Collaborate with various teams including Capture and Proposal Managers.
• Conceptualize graphics to communicate technical information.
• Research and write proposal sections and White Papers.
• Ensure compliance and integration of proposal architecture.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for proposal development.
• Develop oral presentation content for proposals.
• Assess and integrate feedback from review teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of federal proposal writing experience.
• Understanding of US Government acquisition processes.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret or above security clearance.
