LinTech Global is looking for a Senior Proposal Writer to support our Head Quarters in McLean, VA.

In Short

• Support proposal operations for federal contracting.
• Write, edit, and produce contract-winning proposals.
• Collaborate with team members using SharePoint and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to shape customer-focused content.
• Ensure compliance with proposal instructions.
• Maintain a reusable asset library for proposals.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Work with federal agency contracts and task orders.
• Engage in team activities and maintain morale.
• Occasional evening and weekend work required.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in writing technical responses to federal proposals.
• Experience with federal defense or civilian agency proposals.
• Track record of federal task order awards valued at $10M to $100M.
• Ability to lead technical and management narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
• Understanding of IT methodologies and federal acquisition regulations.
