Senior Proposal Writer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Proposal Writer is responsible for crafting responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with Prime's sales objectives and key messaging.

In Short

• Lead complex proposal projects and serve as a key resource for bid completion.
• Develop concise and accurate responses to proposal questions.
• Facilitate meetings with sales and account management leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create pharmacy proposals.
• Partner with Legal and stakeholders for approval processes.
• Mentor and provide direction to Proposal Writers and Associates.
• Evaluate and communicate improvements to the RFP process.
• Attend client onboarding meetings with stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales Proposal organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with proposal management software like Qvidian is preferred.
• Project and/or process management experience is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear language.
