Overview

The Proposal Writer plays a critical role as part of AMN Healthcare’s Deal Desk team, preparing winning client-facing proposals by collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

In Short

• Facilitates proposal development life cycle from receipt of Request for Proposal through final submission.
• Analyzes client RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements.
• Creates proposal outline and deliverable schedule to meet proposal deadline.
• Conducts proposal kickoff meetings with internal collaborators.
• Develops curated content for proposals based on solution and client objectives.
• Coordinates with subject matter experts and sales leadership for input on proposals.
• Uses proposal management software to prepare initial drafts.
• Ensures proposal documents are formatted in line with AMN branding.
• Prepares and handles multiple draft cycle reviews for feedback incorporation.
• Completes required forms and acquires signatures using DocuSign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of proposal writing experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with APMP best practices is a plus.
• Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
• Knowledge in the healthcare technology industry is desirable.
