Lime is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Solutions Team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate HR system data and driving Workday strategy with a deep focus on Time/Attendance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Security, and Business Process Management.

You will work independently to tackle complex functional problems, acting as a bridge between technical configurations and business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into Workday solutions and explain complex system behaviors in plain language to end-users.

  • Provide high-level support and training to stakeholders
  • Manage specific HR initiatives independently
  • Proactively recommend process improvements
  • Analyze data and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with Workday configuration and optimization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • Experience leading full-cycle implementation or optimization
  • Understanding of Workday configuration
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
