Staff UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff UX Designer, you will be primarily responsible for making our solution the new favorite product in our customers' everyday lives, transforming Finmatics into a digital employee that truly alleviates burden.

In Short

• Develop Finmatics into a favorite product for accountants in collaboration with PM and Engineering.
• Conduct regular user research (interviews, feedback, data analysis) to gain a deep understanding of our users.
• Design user-centered UX solutions with clear information architecture and systematically reduce potential usage barriers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, validating them iteratively with internal and external users.
• Analyze UX KPIs (e.g., NPS, Surveys) and derive concrete optimizations from them.
• Present concepts across teams and convince relevant stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to reducing churn and increasing user satisfaction (pNPS).

Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX Design for SaaS (B2B).
• Familiarity with the dynamics in startups and comfort in environments with little predefined structure.
• Experience in independently building UX processes and structures from scratch.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys hands-on work.
• Career showing clear development with a steep learning curve.
• Ability to work closely and confidently with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills in German and/or English.
• Very good knowledge of Figma and an agile mindset.
