The Future of Finance – today. As a Senior Product Manager – Growth at Finmatics, you will actively shape the expansion of our platform, identifying new ERP systems and developing additional automation opportunities.

In Short

• Identify market potentials and document-based accounting tasks with high automation potential.
• Develop product features that address weaknesses in existing solutions.
• Conduct interviews and observe competitors to derive differentiating product strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful market introduction of new features.
• Track key performance indicators related to ERP system integration and automated processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.
• Experience in developing and prioritizing features with high Go-to-Market impact.
• Strong analytical skills for systematic evaluation of opportunities.
• Familiarity with discovery methods like Jobs-to-be-Done and problem interviews.
• Technical understanding for API-based integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems or in the accounting/finance environment is a plus.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
