In Short

• Own growth product areas such as onboarding, activation, monetization features, or retention loops.
• Identify opportunities, run experiments, and optimize the user journey based on insight and data.
• Shape how Engine grows its customer base across a product vertical or funnel stage.
• Form hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate and optimize features.
• Partner with data teams to track metrics, analyze results, and turn insights into action.
• Collaborate with engineering and data to apply LLMs and predictive logic to enhance personalization.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer experience teams to ship and scale growth features.
• Align stakeholders on goals and translate complex ideas into clear plans.
• Drive key growth KPIs such as user activation rate and net dollar retention.
• Make meaningful impact with clear ownership and a fast feedback loop.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally within Growth or PLG teams.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Understanding of how to apply AI to enhance user journeys.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
