• Own and drive growth initiatives to expand Puzzle's customer base.

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Define, analyze, and track key metrics for growth.
• Partner with engineering and design to build scalable features.
• Conduct A/B tests and user interviews for product improvements.
• Create and maintain the growth experimentation roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving growth outcomes through experimentation.
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR).
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Strong product prioritization and roadmap planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with teams.
• Strong product sense and user empathy.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience with accounting, finance, or fintech products.
