Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in SaaS or fintech products.

• Skilled at structuring discussions to clarify complexity.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Experience with user research integration.
• Strong opinions about user experience backed by evidence.
