Overview

Practice Better is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to drive product-led growth strategies, focusing on data-driven experimentation and user engagement.

In Short

Develop and execute a growth-focused roadmap.
Identify opportunities to enhance user acquisition and retention.
Design and analyze A/B testing to optimize engagement.
Improve user onboarding experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing.
Stay informed on industry trends and user behavior.
Define and track growth KPIs.
Support pricing and packaging experiments.
Run high-velocity growth experiments.
Provide visibility into growth performance.

Requirements

5-8+ years of product management experience.
Experience with A/B testing and growth analytics.
Strong analytical skills with tools like Amplitude and SQL.
Experience in PLG-focused SaaS environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Background in Health & Wellness or Healthcare Tech is a plus.
