Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success experience.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building digital success programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on business impact using data.
  • Highly organized and decisive.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
  • Empathy and prioritization of team wellbeing.
