Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will be part of a North America Customer Success Team, working to enhance customer experience and drive product value.

In Short

  • On-board new customers and provide guidance on Wrike setup.
  • Lead training sessions for teams on Wrike features.
  • Monitor account metrics and reach out to at-risk accounts.
  • Help customers unlock value from Wrike post-onboarding.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to assess progress.
  • Run periodic health checks of customers' Wrike workspaces.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities with account management.
  • Advocate for customers in meetings with Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about teaching and training others.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing, IT, and PMO teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, including executives.
  • Knowledgeable in project management and change management.
