Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team! The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way.

In Short

  • Serve as customers’ primary point of contact and build strong relationships.
  • Manage communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Understand customers’ needs and ensure goals are met.
  • Identify growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Work with product and sales teams on key projects.
  • Supervise and lead mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct analyses to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Embrace autonomy and seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
  • 3-5 years experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in data handling and report building.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Enjoys challenges and continuous learning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
