Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team! The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

In Short

  • Serve as customers’ primary point of contact.
  • Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams.
  • Understand customers’ needs and ensure their goals are met.
  • Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & upsell).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams.
  • Supervise and lead strategic campaigns.
  • Structure insightful analyses to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable record.
  • 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proficient at data handling and analysis.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ambitious self-starter.
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
