Overview

Yubico is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success with Yubico products, fostering strong relationships and driving retention and growth among enterprise customers.

In Short

  • Drive retention, renewals, and growth among named customer accounts.
  • Act as a trusted partner for customers regarding YubiKey deployment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineers for revenue expansion.
  • Enable successful roll-out of YubiKeys to customer employees.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout their journey.
  • Identify opportunities for customer advocacy.
  • Marshall resources across Yubico to support customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional customers.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for various audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Willingness to learn technical terminology related to Identity Access Management.
