Field Marketing Manager (West) - Remote

Overview

As a Field Marketing Manager at Yubico, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand generation and brand awareness in the West region, acting as a fractional CMO to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

In Short

• Develop strategic field marketing plans for the West and partial Central teams.
• Collaborate with sales VPs and AEs on account planning.
• Plan and execute regional in-person activities including trade shows and roundtables.
• Develop ABM programs to accelerate pipeline within key accounts.
• Track the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts using SFDC data.
• Work with the marketing team to create compelling content and sales tools.
• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience required.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel along the West Coast 20-30% of the time.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, JIRA, and WordPress is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B field marketing role.
• Experience in cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and execute effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
