Field Marketing Manager, West - Remote

Overview

CloudBees is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly-motivated Field Marketing Manager to lead both the strategy and execution of marketing activities in North America, West. This role is focused on building, scaling, and executing field marketing programs in partnership with sales and marketing teams.

• Lead demand generation efforts to build and nurture pipeline.
• Build and deliver the marketing plan for the region.
• Evaluate and manage external vendors and sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Channel, and BD teams.
• Track, measure, and share the impact of marketing programs.
• Manage overall budget and spend for marketing initiatives.
• Partner with sales team for territory and account planning.
• Build strong co-marketing relationships with channel partners.
• Leverage data for informed marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Field Marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting sales teams and developing relationships.
• Data-driven marketer with reporting and trend analysis skills.
• Track record of executing impactful field marketing programs.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
• A sense of humor and authenticity.
