• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs.
• Responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving lead generation.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events.
• Collaborate closely with sales and growth marketing teams.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Manage and optimize the field marketing budget.
• Travel to key events and customer engagements as needed.
• Develop compelling marketing content and messaging.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in planning and executing live and digital marketing activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in various marketing channels and tactics.
