Overview

CloudBees is seeking a Lead Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to architect and drive enterprise pipeline growth across North America, owning the end-to-end Enterprise demand motion.

In Short

  • Own the Enterprise demand generation strategy for North America.
  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Customer Success leadership.
  • Drive net-new pipeline creation through integrated campaigns.
  • Lead field marketing programs, including events and conferences.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Enterprise sales organization.
  • Develop sales enablement assets and performance reporting.
  • Continuously optimize performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
  • Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strong experience partnering with Enterprise Sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving net-new pipeline and expansion revenue.
  • Experience running field marketing programs.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience owning metrics.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to technical audiences.
