Overview

The Demand Marketing Manager, Enterprise will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact enterprise marketing engine that drives pipeline and revenue growth for our largest customer segment.

In Short

  • Build and manage a cohesive, measurable marketing plan aligned to enterprise ARR goals.
  • Stand up a full ABM motion from segmentation to targeting to campaign execution.
  • Align closely with Sales, SDRs, and CS for seamless execution across the funnel.
  • Launch, track, and optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Define an attribution model and conduct rigorous analysis on program impact.
  • Build a data-backed enterprise marketing investment plan.
  • Leverage historical learnings and A/B testing for guidance.
  • Draft or refine campaign copy, build briefs, and manage channel vendors.
  • Keep the plan, team, and moving parts organized.
  • Keep key stakeholders updated and informed about marketing progress.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven track record building and scaling ABM programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Strong writing skills for campaign messaging.
  • Project management excellence and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, RollWorks, and Asana.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
