Overview

Prokeep is on a quest to break down the barriers of communication in wholesale distribution using pioneering technology. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager within SMB to add to our existing Customer Success organization.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of SMB-level accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and value realization.
  • Monitor account health indicators and mitigate churn.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with accounts.
  • Manage relationships across a book of business to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for seamless support.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Present account health and progress to senior leadership.
  • Travel to conferences and customer locations as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience with SMB organizations in a SaaS, construction, distribution, or technology organization.
  • Experience managing a book of business with SMB organizations.
  • Experience in construction or wholesale distribution is a plus.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve customers and expand existing business.
  • Strong knowledge of the customer journey.
  • Experience with technology and SaaS applications.
  • Superior communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Well-organized and analytical with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a remote environment is a plus.
