Requirements

  • Direct experience in secondary education or previous SaaS CSM experience.
  • Experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Strong presentation and training skills for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using data and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Access to a car and ability to travel as needed.
  • A valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
