We are looking for a Regional Director of Health & Wellness to join our amazing team!

In Short

• Provides clinical expertise and support to community Directors of Health & Wellness.
• Conducts regular quality audits through site visits and audits of all health care areas.
• Promotes problem solving for meeting resident needs and utilizing community resources.
• Provides guidance to Directors of Health & Wellness and Executive Directors.
• Ensures partnerships with outside healthcare providers are effective.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of Health and Wellness Directors.
• Analyzes resident and medication incident reports for process improvement.
• Ensures the resident care department is always 'survey ready'.
• Educates associates regarding commitment to laws and regulations.
• Responds to community needs 24/7 through on-call availability.

Requirements

• Understanding of assessment, documentation, medication management, and care planning.
• Experience in healthcare operations within the senior living industry.
• Ability to monitor and coach on resident assessments and care plans.
• Familiarity with infection control programs.
• Ability to review wellness checks, incident reports, and fall management programs.
• Collaborative approach to addressing concerns with residents and staff.
