Overview

The Health and Wellness Director (Registered Nurse/RN) oversees the on-going day-to-day operations of the health and wellness department including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.

• Oversee health and wellness department operations
• Conduct resident assessments

Requirements

• Current NJ nursing license (RN) in good standing
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in senior living or long-term care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new applications
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
• Experience in resident care management
