  • Join a growing team as a Platform Management & Operations Specialist.
  • Work collaboratively across teams including customer success, product, and marketing.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage platform operations.
  • Assist with product onboarding and implementation for customers.
  • Run regular platform management meetings with customers.
  • Manage customer support helpdesk operations and track support tickets.
  • Provide feedback for product improvements based on customer needs.
  • Drive operational excellence through project management.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer support.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Technology savvy with intermediate skills.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Ability to present data to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
