Overview

Activate Care is seeking friendly and motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This role involves making outbound calls to complete Health Needs Assessments for CareSource members.

In Short

  • 90-day full-time remote contract position.
  • Make outbound calls to CareSource members.
  • Complete Health Needs Assessments (HNAs).
  • Guide members through structured questions.
  • Listen actively and document responses accurately.
  • Meet performance goals for call volume.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call quality.
  • Escalate urgent concerns to supervisors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Nevada.
